Chilli
Corn Bread
170g
fine grain polenta
2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
120g Saltsburg cheese, grated
1/4 red capsicum, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
225 ml sour cream
140ml melted butter, cooled
2 eggs, beaten
Combine
dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in cheese, capsicum and chilli. Combine
sour cream, butter and eggs. Stir into dry ingredients until well
mixed. Pour into well buttered and lined 20cm square tin. Garnish
(some parsley perhaps?). Bake in 180 degree oven for 45 - 50 mins.
